Thank you for shopping with Players Beauty. Because we work with multiple suppliers to bring you a wide range of beauty and wellness products, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the items in your order.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some products may be fulfilled directly by our suppliers, which can affect processing time slightly. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may arrive in multiple packages, sent separately and at different times. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing, if you're waiting on additional items, they're on the way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Delivery times can vary by supplier and destination, typically ranging from 3–10 business days within the US.

Order Tracking Once your order (or part of your order) ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Delays While we work hard to get your order to you on time, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier processing, carrier issues, weather, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there's a significant delay.
